Our quotation includes a  specification of materials and work to be carried out so you know exactly what commitments you are making and also what commitments we are making to you. You will also have the option to contact some of our reference sites should you wish to do so for further confirmation on how good our work is.

3) Pre installation survey

Once your valued order has been received, we will book in a time that is suitable to you to complete the work, and the starting point of any installation is for us to complete a pre installation survey which includes a risk assessment and review of this site. At this point if you are available we also like to run through the details of the installation process with you to reconfirm the points of design to ensure your complete understanding and happiness.

4) Installation

You cant make an omelette without breaking a few eggs!!! We will always try to minimise the disruption you experience throughout the installation process and will do our best to ensure any inconvenience experienced is kept to a minimum.
